Welcome to WICA

Welcome to the Women in Canmaking Association (WICA), your dedicated non-profit organization for the canmaking industry. Our mission is to educate, empower, and support women in canmaking around the world. Together, we can shape a more inclusive and innovative future.

Who We Are

Founded in 2024 by Janis Osborn, Sarah Davidson, and Martha Rojas – three trailblazing women in canmaking – WICA was created to fill a critical gap: a dedicated platform to support women in a traditionally male-dominated industry. The association is building a community that fosters equity and inclusivity, empowering both women and their employers to create a balanced workforce where everyone can thrive.
