About the Program
The manufacturing industry is full of opportunity, but unlocking it requires courage to step outside your comfort zone and vision to see how your skills translate across roles.
In this session, women in the canmaking industry will learn how to leverage their technical expertise and frontline experience to grow into broader leadership and strategic roles. Attendees will walk away with a framework for identifying transferable skills, embracing career pivots with confidence, and developing a customer-centric mindset that drives meaningful impact, no matter the company or role you’re in.
Led by Meghan Barrera, PPG's Director of Strategic Marketing, Packaging Coatings, Meghan will draw on her two decades of experience navigating the coatings industry from multiple vantage points. Having successfully transitioned from engineer to EHS manager to strategic marketing leader, Meghan brings a unique perspective to the art of building strategy.
