Emily began her career as a chemical engineer and has successfully transitioned into marketing and business leadership roles. Today, she leads Henkel’s Metal Packaging business and brings over 20 years of industry experience, with a strong focus on recycling and sustainability.

About Emily Mullins: Emily is the Head of Metal Packaging for North America and Mexico at Henkel Corporation, a global leader in adhesives, sealants and surface treatments. Emily joined Henkel in 2001 and has held various roles in operations, marketing, product line management, business development, and global market strategy. Emily has 20 years of experience working in the Metal Packaging industry and shares a deep passion for recycling and sustainability. Emily holds a degree in Chemical Engineering and an MBA, and resides in metro Detroit, Michigan with her husband and two sons.
